2021 AF Charity Ball Committee
PURPOSE
Over the past 18 years, the Air Force Officers’ Spouses’ Club (AFOSC) has raised over $8.4 million to benefit Air Force Aid Society (AFAS) through its annual Charity Ball. AFAS, the official charity of the U.S. Air Force, helps to relieve the financial distress of Air Force and Space Force members, assists with education goals, and improves quality of life through a variety of community programs.
The 18th annual gala held virtually on Saturday, March 20th, proved successful! AFOSC members and the entire Air Force community enjoyed a memorable evening of delectable food, wonderful entertainment, and a Silent Auction featuring treasures from around the world. The highlight of the evening belonged to stories told by the Airmen who have recently benefitted from AFAS programs.
The Charity Ball Committee, an amazing and talented group of AFOSC volunteers made the annual gala shine. It is a perfect example of the positive impact that our spouses can make in the lives of Airmen and their families.
The upcoming 2022 Charity Ball Committee continues to innovate and build on the legacy of commitment to help our Air Force Family. As we prepare for this year's big event, we invite you to join us by attending the Charity Ball, donating an item for the Silent Auction, volunteering to help with the evening, and spreading the good word about this most worthy of causes. Be alert for upcoming information.
